Episodes with no template

Hello, guys.
Anyone having problems with a polish series this week?
I've opened a Zendesk ticket days ago because I got no template whatsoever in 2 episodes. White Label has jumped in to help and no word from Netflix so far.
Deadline was due yesterday, the episodes are stuck.
Just to share with you and see if there are more of us in the same situation so I can feel less lonely.

Have you tried to click on that button? Sometimes, the english template is hidden.
